Components are carefully checkedduring the entire production process onhigh-precision test equipment, in order to ensure that only perfect products go forward for final assembly.

„One man, one pump“. Applying thisprinciple, we rely entirely on theexperience of our assemblers at thefinal assembly stage.

All our pumps under go a trial run on a high-tech test rig. They only qualify for the definitive OK if the data recorded on the test certificate complies with the prescribed performance specification.

In order to guarantee not only the quality of our products but also their availability for dispatch, we have introduced acomprehensive, end-to-end productioncontrol system into our Company, which extends from the design planning stage, goods management and productioncontrol to order administrationprocedures.

This is something else we do. In our repair and servicing department, many avintage pump is given a new lease of life.
