Development, design
By employing modular principles andstandardising our design procedures, weare able to concentrate all our creativityon resolving your problem. We use thelatest CAD systems (Catia, Pro Engineer)in drawing up designs and, wheneverpossible and advisable, are able toresort to a comprehensive series ofexisting subassembly and componentdesigns. In this way, it does not take uslong to come up with the appropriatepump for the client‘s needs.
Prototype construction
CAD data are transferred directly fromour design office to our pattern-makingdepartment. As a result, prototypes areavailable, and can be used for initialtrial runs and tests, in the minimum oftime.
Component manufacture
A well thought out system of productioncells, a high degree of automation and highly trained employees, working inmultiple shifts, ensure the utmostefficiency and the optimum use of thecapacity of our machines.
